Tubular/Finned Elements
Tubular elements can be used in a range of applications from air, water, oil, chemical solutions and defrost. They are a versatile means of heating an application and can be straight or formed to a required shape and can reach temperatures of 800°C. A tubular element consists of nickel chrome resistant wire which is spot welded to a terminal pin, the nickel chrome wire is insulated by MGO powder which is then housed in an outer sheath.
Cartridge Heaters & Tool Heating
Cartridge Heaters can, to a limited space, give very high power. Thanks to the design the heat is quickly distributed over the whole surface mantle of the element. The element can withstand high demands of impact resistance and vibration security. Fields of application for cartridge heaters are primarily tool heating within e.g. plastic -, rubber -, wood -, and paper industry, foundries, medicin technical and laboratory heating of liquids.

Vaccum Brazing
Vacuum brazing process is a unique method to join parts. During the brazing process the braze material melts and flows into a joint by capillary force, creating a gas-tight seal. Brazing temperatures are between 900 – 1200 degrees under vacuum of one millionth of atmospheric pressure (<0,001 mbar).
